We do not refund or pay shipping costs to customers to return their items to us. In the event that Turf Grass Solutions accepts returned merchandise, it will assess a restocking fee equal to 10% of the purchase price for the order, together with all shipping charges. Turf Grass Solutions shall not, in any event, be required to grant a credit for merchandise returned to us if such merchandise is not, in the sole and absolute discretion of Turf Grass Solutions re-saleable. The Customer Service Department will give you instructions on how to return your item. Please return the item in the original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns, you must carefully package the product and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
